The Town of Salley has adopted a new Ordinance which amended the Chitlin Strut Ordinance to read the following: On the day of the Chitlin Strut, outdoor cooking beyond the confines of the Festival grounds is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN except for those permanent food establishments, registered campers and citizens of the Town of Salley. The Town of Salley Police Department will enforce the new Ordinance with a zero tolerance.
